To-do lists are lifesavers when it comes to time management! Whenever you’re feeling overwhelmed or like you’re forgetting something, sit down and make a list of everything you need to do. This will help you stay on track and make sure that nothing gets left behind.
4. Break it down
When you look at a big project, it can be easy to get overwhelmed and discouraged before you even start. That’s why it’s important to break things down into smaller, more manageable pieces. When you have a better idea of what needs to be done, you’ll be less likely to waste time procrastinating.

It might seem counterintuitive, but taking breaks can actually help you get more done in less time! When you give yourself regular breaks, you’re able to come back feeling refreshed and ready to work again. For example, if grading papers is taking up too much of your time, set aside two hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays specifically for that task so that it doesn’t spill over into other areas of your life unnecessarily.
